This is what they should look like. Brief list of things to look for.

Are your files all aligned?

Verify the alignment so everything is stacked.

Is the drill precision correct?

Verify the precision.

Is the board outline watertight?

Have you removed the alignment points?

Are the drill holes the right size?

Is your copper exposed everywhere you expect?

Is the silk text safely outside the areas exposed copper? We’ll trim anyway so it doesn’t matter so much for silk placement lines, but some attention now can make the text really beautiful.

Are any copper traces or silk closer than 15 mils from the board outline?

Do the cutouts all have cutout text on the Board Outline layer?
