We offer purple soldermask over bare copper (SMOBC) and an ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold) finish.

Two Layer Boards
All two-layer boards ship with FR4 substrate, purple mask over bare copper, and ENIG (immersion gold) finish.
Minimum design rules are
- 6mil (0.1524mm) trace clearance
- 6mil (0.1524mm) trace width
- 10mil (0.254mm) drill size
- 5mil (0.127mm) annular ring
